Great location!

We had an unforgettable stay at Blue Crab Cottage! The home was spotless and beautifully appointed, featuring multiple decks that offered breathtaking views. The spacious layout was perfect for our group. Our teens had a blast fishing right off the docks, and we loved how close everything was to Shoal’s Club and Mike’s Bites. This place truly has it all — we can’t wait to return!

Marsh Madness!

Blue Crab Cottage was the perfect choice for our getaway. It's hard to describe just how 'unplugged' and peaceful we felt on Bald Head Island, and Blue Crab Cottage was a huge part of that. Sitting on the upstairs porch for coffee or meals and looking out over the marsh was the highlight of the trip. However, just behind that was paddling on the river through the marsh during high tide. We were able to see so much wildlife! The private boardwalk behind the house and out into the marsh was amazing, as well. The house is well situated in a quiet section of the island, but only a few minute golf cart ride to all the amenities the island has to offer. The trip struck the perfect balance of giving us plenty of things to do, but then being able to retreat to Blue Crab Cottage for rest and relaxation after. The house was perfect our stay, as well. Big enough to handle our entire group, but small enough that we didn't feel separated. The house had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and many other amenities. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was perfect for our group! Great space and accommodations. We loved being on the marsh and it was fun to explore on the docks and relax on the porches! The rental company was super helpful and responsive. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and beach access was just a short, fun gold cart ride away!

Perfect, Clean, & Spacious!

My family really enjoyed our time at Blue Crab Cottage. It was the perfect spot for our time on Bald Head Island. The home was very clean and spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom! The views are a huge plus to this home and we enjoyed our coffee and meals on the many decks overlooking the marsh. Blue Crab Cottage is our new favorite home away from home and we can't wait to return.

Superb Stay on Bald Head Island

We have visited Bald Head Island numerous times, staying on the beach and the golf course. This was our first time staying on the marsh at Keeper's Landing. Our grandchild loved our frequent walks on the marsh, with the boardwalk right out the back door. The home is beautiful and quiet, with a huge screen porch, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the large living spaces, both inside and out. The kitchen is well-stocked and all the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The golf cars are great, carrying 6 people in one, and 4 in the other. We look forward to staying in this home for years to come!
