「I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!」

Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. 「This home was situated on the bank of the Little Red River as described. The screened in back porch and deck were perfect for lounging after a day boating and fishing. Although the river was very high during our stay, we did catch fish from the home's private dock. In addition, as someone who struggles with tactile sleeping issues while traveling (and often take my own bedding), I can attest that the sheets and pillowcases were soft and breathable. 「We had so much fun at this property! It worked perfectly for our family to celebrate our Dad/Granddad/Great Granddad’s 90th birthday! All generations had so much fun! 「We stayed at Dripping Springs Retreat for the total eclipse of the sun and it was so worth it. The extra large front yard was the perfect location for eclipse viewing. We did have an issue with gas for the grill but we called and they brought us another tank of gas on a Sunday night what good service.」

「We went over prepared because you never know what you are gonna have or not gonna have when you stay somewhere; but let me tell you we didn't even need any of the extra stuff we packed because they provide everything and then some! I wish they had a VRBO every where that we traveled because we would only book their properties! Hands down the best place we have stayed! If you don't book this cottage you are missing out!!!!」

「After a long day of travel we were super happy to stay at this property. It was terrific inside, and the fenced in backyard(reason we booked this VRBO) was exactly what our dog needed after hours in a car. We were only here for a night. But the interior was exactly as pictured, very nicely done and maintained. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.」
