Beautiful home in Rovinj

This vacation accommodation consists of two old Istrian houses on a 1500 m2 plot. The houses were completely renovated in 2010 to offer our guests comfort and privacy. The larger building has two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room, three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The smaller building also has a kitchen with dining area and a living room on the first floor and two beautifully decorated rooms on the upper floor. The vacation home has a total of six bathrooms. In the fully walled and gated courtyard there is a 36 m2 swimming pool and an outdoor dining area. There is also a large barbecue by the pool for enjoyable evenings with family or friends.



On the beautiful west coast of Istria, just below the Limski Channel, you will find the most romantic place in the entire Mediterranean region! The town of Rovinj is the ideal destination for anyone longing for the sentimental atmosphere of times long past. Due to the lack of space, the houses are densely packed, the streets are narrow and the squares are small. Modern urbanism has not yet found its way here. Nearby is the pretty town of Svetvincenat with its Renaissance church and the spectacular ruins of Grimani Castle, which you can discover here.Istria is a feast for the eyes. Its rivers flow towards the sea through deep valleys and gorges reminiscent of ancient local giant legends. A gentle hilly landscape is the backdrop for fields and valleys, small villages perched on hills and reminiscent of old paintings.



If you discover the beauties of Kanfanar, you will also come across one of the most important cultural monuments of the World Heritage Site, the medieval town of Dvigrad. Krmed is located in the Kanfanar region. The tourist attractions of Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are just a short drive away. The nearest beaches with quiet places to relax are only 15 minutes away from the vacation home.
