The villa is located 30 minutes from Falcone e Borsellino airport and a few km from the Zingaro nature reserve.
At 500 meters from the sea, beyond that, it is close to the most beautiful beaches and town in western Sicily.
80sqm of home and 500sqm outside with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Castellammare.
There are 3 double rooms (2 doubles, 1 with bunk beds), 1 internal bathroom and a small external bathroom.

We stayed for 4 days and had a great time. The house is decorated with good taste and everything was fully functional. The best part is the outside area with very clean pool, the sea view and good privacy. Beautiful place.
