"Such a convenient location for the beautiful Collioure. Little interaction with reception more with breakfast staff who were pleasant and friendly- nice breakfast. Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. Cafes and restaurants close by - communication with hotel residents via online app."

The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint! I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. The food choice is excellent, although the dining room is large and can become a little noisy at times! "We stayed for 2 nights in double room that was very spacious - small sitting area, large bedroom, and an outdoor balcony facing the water. Parking was easy enough (we didn't use car in town) and it was a 5 minute walk into main area so very convenient. Staff was very nice, room had more than we needed. It's not fabulous, but either is the price and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation."
