Communication with host was easy with quick responses and were even allowed to check-in early to take advantage of beautiful weather on the day we arrived since nobody stayed the night before. "Home is exactly as pictured and described in listing beautiful inside and out..had everything we needed.Stunning lake view, beautiful area to sit and have morning coffee. Perfect for hosting a large group, location is across the road from Ainsworth Hotsprings, took us 2 minutes to walk there, Janice was such an amazing host, will definitely book here again in the near future "

"The cabin is directly on the beach, you can hear the waves through an open window at night. The place is clean with great amenities including access to kayak and paddleboards, a delightful outdoor shower and lots of room to swim. The host is friendly and welcoming, she has a ton of local information and is responsive to any issues. The area is quiet and a lovely place to rest and relax. "

"Lovely property with a fabulous view! Plenty of space and rooms were well separated allowing for privacy. Found everything that we needed for a one week stay. I was worried that because it was not air conditioned we would be too hot as they were calling for temperatures in the mid 30’s. In fact it was not an issue. Lots of fans in the house and by opening up the windows each night (the windows are all screened), and then closing them during the day we were very comfortable. The owners answered emails promptly. Loved the area. Would recommend Balfour golf! All in all, a fabulous week. Thank you Charlotte and Robin"

"Cute place to stay flat walking trails and the beach near by hospitality communication was excellent. Local cafe had really good bakery. So nice and quiet nice break for city dwellers."

"I was looking for a place to spend a couple of days to take a break on while traveling on business & this was a perfect place as it was quiet area. We spent most of our time out on the deck & enjoying the creek & nature. The cabin was clean & well stocked & would highly recommend staying here & will defiantly plan on coming back."
