“Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained. - Does not reply to emails - Room was still not ready by 4:10pm - Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details. - Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. Almost missed our flight. ”

“房間不錯, 但如果由雙人房改為加大雙人床就更好了, 冷氣就最好改為不要對著床頭, 不然睡覺時就一直吹, 隔天就頭痛了。早餐款式是自助的, 但款式比較少, 大概只有10道菜吧。飯店的職員服務很好, 也很親切和幫忙。不過飯店停車場門口有一小段很平滑的也很斜的路, 也請飯店的管理層留意一下, 當天沒有下雨也滑倒了, 下雨的話應該更滑了。升降機的設施蠻新的。”

“Vincent Resort is a good place to stay. The pool is nice, and perfect for family gatherings. Their place is close to shopping places, the walking street, and SM. . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was excellent and incredibly varied. The staff always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. They also have a shuttle if you want to go outside. They also offer services to the airports Manila and Clark.”
