"Allt var väldigt bra och det var väldigt enkelt att checka in med en nyckelbox på utsidan. Bra möjlighet att laga mat i det gemensamma köket och där kunde man även förvara medhavd mat i kylen. Rummet var rent och fräscht (litet rum) och hade utgång direkt till en liten terrass där vi kunde sitta och dricka morgonkaffe i solen, helt underbart! Enda negativa var egentligen att man var tvungen att gå ca 50 meter för att kunna gå på toa och duscha samt att duschen kostade extra. Kan varmt rekommenderas."

"The owners were very quick and responsive to an email I sent with questions prior to staying. The room we had was perfect for my family of 4. Breakfast had so many options to chose from and we all could find plenty to eat. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would stay here again!"
Gorgeous home in Nexø with kitchen

"The cabin was clean. The location was perfect. The property management company did not communicate at all even though we were there for 6 days. Be aware that you must provide all your own linens or rent them. We rented one set thinking that it would be enough for two people bc that was the reservation. We got one sheet, one duvet cover, one pillow case, one large towel, one small towel and a dish towel. Cleaning fee is also not included and we had to provide other supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. Electricity fees are also extra. I messaged the Company (Novosol) right away to see if we could get another pillow case and towel. Never received a response. They sent a link for the amenities upon our arrival but we were unable to open it. I asked if they could copy and paste the information to a email but they simply re-sent the same link. We made do with using a tee-shirt for a pillow cover and we shared towels. We loved the location and the cabin had a well equipped kitchen and was very cozy but the lack of communication and extra charges were a big disappointment. Novosol seems to have a monopoly on the vacation rentals on the island so no wonder they don’t care about customer service."
