「酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！」

「Ilk gördüğümüzde manzarası dolayısı ile rezervasyon yapmıştık. Oraya gittiğimizde otelin vadinin kenarında bulunduğunu ve otelin içerisinden vadiye erişimi olduğunu öğrendik. Vadinin uzunluğu 2-3 km uzunluktaymış. Biz yaklaşık 1 kilometre yürüdük, ve yıllar önce yapılmış güvercin yuvalarını, Kapadokya’ya özgü taş evlerini gördük. Herkesin gittiği turistik hınca hınc dolu yerlerden bunalanlar için harika bi olanak. Bir çok odanın terası mevcut ve çoğu vadi manzaralıydı. Kahvaltısı tatlısından...

「Staffs are friendly and approachable. They helped us book an airport transfer last minute at a better deal than local taxis. Their breakfast is fantastic - many kinds of cheese, fruit, various dipping sauces, tea, coffee, fries, bread, just like a sultan’s breakfast! The view is amazing at the terrace too - go check out during sunrise, sunset, and night time. Restaraunts and supermarkets are located 15 min walkable distance. They give you slipper, bath gown, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner,...

「The rooms were cleaned every day. Hussein was amazing and went far and above to make sure we were comfortable. We experienced kindness from everyone. Samira, owner, was also helpful by showing us the best places to see and visit. It would be amiss of me not to mention the traditional Turkish breakfast offered. As I write, I just wish I could be there. The decorations were beautiful and made it feel more homey. I recommend staying in Ortahisar and drive to Gerome or Uchisar or other places....

Odalar tertemiz bakımlı ve konforlu. Hizmet, ilgi alaka çok güzel. Kahvaltı çok güzel. Kendine özel park yeri mevcut. Otel çevresi sakin ve aynı zamanda merkeze çok yakın.
