「All was perfect !!! The room was clean and well furnish. The young woman at the reception was the kindness person of earth. She helped us for Sofia s visit and found vegan restaurant too!!!! Amazing!!!」

「We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! 」

「Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay. 」

「A székeket átkellene kárpitozni, a televíziót pedig úgy átszerelni, hogy ágyból is nézhető legyen(már 2 éve nincs kijavítva ez a rossz felszerelés sajnos., pedig csak 2 mozdulat lenne a tévét tartó konzolt lejjebb fúrni. És máris lehetne kényelmesen az ágyból tévézni.) A medence tiszta, a szoba tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenben. Külön hálás köszönet az ott dolgozóknak mindenért, kitünő vendéglátók. 👌👍🥰❤️」

「Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. 」

「To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues」

"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
