Our property is at1,650 elevation , with large trees and spectacular ocean views, this microclimate means that nights get very cool , there are very high ceilings, which are vented, and there are huge windows, which allow for constant airflow. The air is the freshest you will ever breathe! Open the windows on the ocean side and the mountain side and the 14,000 foot mountain range above us will push Cool air through the house at night.
Right outside the door are interior trails and just above us is some of the best hiking you will find.
