"This was a lovely chalet near Colmar with wonderful hosts. They live next door which made check-in easy. Towels were provided for a fee and there is a parking spot for your car. Small, but well equipped cabin. We came in November and it was very cozy but I am sure it would be lovely in the summer as well. Recommend!!"

"Mixed feelings about the stay. Never saw another soul no one ever around reception all done y electronic locks. Apartment was very modern and clean except for a dirty dish sponge been left to use for washing up! Unfortunately it smelt of drains so unpleasant. We arrived in snow and the apartment has under floor heating but felt cool all the time we were there and it wasn't adjustable. Had to use duvet's in spare room as well as the ones on the bed to ensure we were warm at night. "

"Approach to the property is through an area of town which felt rather rundown and unsafe. The carpark is fully secured, though, the hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room appeared newly renovated and was fabulous - comfortable bed, external electric shutter that fully blocked all light, enabling a restful sleep. We made use of the large bath, too. A nice breakfast was selected and worth the money. An easy walk to the centre of the old town with lots of eating places...

"The hotel is good considering the price range and its relative proximity to the airport. However, there was an issue with the advertised shuttle service. Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. The shuttle itself was a regular taxi with no distinguishing markers other than the typical taxi sign. I only discerned I was in the right place after overhearing a conversation...
