"Three Bears Lodge was just perfect for a girlfriend getaway for two nights. The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare meals, the hot tub was super relaxing and the owner made himself available for any questions or issues. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga without the hustle and bustle. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again if the opportunity presented itself. "The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay."

"The home was just as described on VRBO. The home is adorable and cozy. We were six adults and we had plenty of space to prepare meals and sit and chat. The yard is perfect and the hot tub is a plus. The Spring Run trail is in walking distance to the house and you can use the trail to walk into town, albeit it is a long walk. Lindsay, the Property Manager was very responsive. A wonderful home to rent while exploring Saratoga Springs."

"Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue."

"We were in town for a wedding and mosts out of town guests were staying at the Hilton. This cottage on the lake was perfect . We had a nice fire on the patio and grilled fresh fish which I caught off their pier. The stars in the sky were amazing. The owner gave us everything we needed and made sure we were doing fine after our arrival. Very nice !"

I would stay here again.
"The room was very clean. Some common areas needed attention (elevator) but they weren't that bad. I checked out the fitness center and pool (didn't use them), but they looked good and clean. I would stay here again. Next to airport kinda off the beaten path, but very quiet. Not on a busy road. Secluded by lots of trees. You would never know a hotel was there. Easy 20 minute drive from Troy NY where I was visiting family. Breakfast isn't free, so you can order off the menu, spend 10 bucks on a continental bkfst, or go eat somewhere else. "
