The available pictures do not do justice to the low quality of this basement room. The place includes all the amenities listed, however upon arrival it was easy to see how poorly the property is maintained. The dishes were caked in dust and grime sitting on the shelves. Crumbs filled every fraction of the carpets. Spider webs cluttered the ceilings and every corner. Not……

“The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ……

“We made quick trip to move my daughter out of her dorm at WCU, so we only stayed one night. The host was very friendly, great communication. The property was extremely clean with all the conveniences you could possibly need and it was in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend!”

“Very warm once I made it in. The heat worked very well! Note that the keypad needs the 4 digit code plus the check mark. I didn’t get that info, so messed up my code trying to get in the first time. Kitchen is very nice and fully equipped — seems as though it’s been updated in the last couple of years or so. The Keurig machine didn’t work unfortunately, and so had to wait a couple of days until it was replaced. Other than this, it was a perfect place for me as it was only a couple minutes from……
