This 3 bedroom row house is the perfect home if you love city living! This beautifully renovated row house, circa 1920, features 3 bd/2.5 ba, dedicated to you to enjoy. Cozy bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen w/stainless steal appliances. It's the ideal Baltimore location, just minutes from stadiums, downtown, the Inner Harbor, Fells Point and many other historic attractions/neighborhoods. Please note, this property has street parking only.

Accurate description, excellent communication, and great location.

Overall stay was ok however some things were in need of fixing such as sink in master needed clearing slow drain and pipe in second floor bathroom needs to be more secure. Blankets in couple of the rooms had smoke smell had to wash them and not enough blankets. Advertising said 4 bedrooms there were only 3 and a bonus room.

This was an amazing place to stay close to everything. Doc was amazing and answered all of our questions immediately. If your coming to Baltimore I recommend staying here

We had a pleasant stay in Mr. Farrow’s home. It’s spacious, clean, and felt like home. Doc made sure we had everything we needed. We barely noticed that he was sharing his home with us. He was very accommodating to our needs and responded to us within a reasonable time. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was nice. It could just use a few repairs/upgrades. There were a couple of sink fixtures that were loose and not fully attached to the wall. Also the 3rd fl shower the water was cold. The sink had hot water but not the shower. Wasn't too big of a deal since there were two other showers. We loved the kitchen though. Jonathan was nice and responded quickly when we had questions.
