The property was where I needed it to be. It looked fantastic on the listing, but it did not present as was shown. I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. It would have been nice to have a toaster, I think that the ability to make a basic breakfast is something a host should anticipate. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote controls, which did not work correctly, and didn’t have covers on the back so the batteries kept falling out. Only two of the batteries were operational, the other two were dead so we had to keep switching them back-and-forth between the two remote controls. The main remote control volume button doesn’t work so I had to get up and do that on the TV itself. There was no comforter on the bed just a thin blanket on top of a sheet and the blanket was for a queen size or smaller bed. The bathroom floor is cracked and broken all over the place. There was no Wi-Fi information, or any information whatsoever about the room, not even the very basics. The location was good for where I needed, the neighborhood was fine, parking was easy, David was responsive enough. But I was really disappointed with my stay. I specifically chose something with what looked to be a nice comfortable bed, with proper bed linens, and an operational kitchen so that I could cook dinner and breakfast. I’m disappointed.
