Whole House! Centrally located next to route 40 & 695 Beltway. House freshly painted & furnished. Huge park & soccer field within 5 mins walk, for dogs & to play. 5 mins drive to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, Applebees, Safeway, Enterprise, Lotte, Home Depot, Lowe's. Plenty of local restaurants & bars on Frederick Rd. Easy commute to BWI, B'moreCity, Hopkins, Ellicot & Columbia. Train for DC commute is 10 mins drive to Halethorpe. Parking is easy, with many spots and free. Great neighborhood.

There are one full and one half baths on the main level. The basement has one bed, and one full bath and a study desk. And backyard is newly fenced for privacy. There is a huge park within 2 mins walk for soccer, dogs, or just enjoy nature
