There was a car missing its wheels. It was sitting on the ground. Really nice to pull in to the parking lot and see a car with its wheels stolen. Great first impression…
Then once you enter, Youll smell your favorite strains or Cannabis in the halls and elevators.
The ac was making a noise the entire time and recorded a video of that and asked for an exchange they didnt have one and told I can speak tonthe manager next day. Manager said she would credit the amount to expedia after she saw the video but none so far. the hotel is badly maintained. i need to speak expedia customer service
Overall a nice hotel and nice room for an overnight stay. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes (not every 15). Used a parking reservation service to leave car. The staff that checked me in was rude when answering my questions. He didn’t give me instructions to the elevator (which isn’t straight forward to find). He seemed to just want to get rid of me as I was an inconvenience.
Property condition and staff professionalism below industry standards in every aspect.

For what I paid I definitely got what I paid for. $127 discount rate. Room is dusty, phones are sticky. I thought Doubletree was at the level of Aloft but this one is dirty. Linens and bed were okay, but overall just okay. This property feels like a bargain motor hotel not a $100 a night property.

Hallway baseboards were visibly crumbling and detaching from walls. I was on 4th floor with no working ice machine. 5th floor had no working ice machine. 3rd floor was the only working machine. Toilet backed up after only one (#1) use. Staff was courteous and maintenance did respond adequately.
Staff was fantastic! I was having a rough day of travel, and I appreciated the kindness from the front desk staff and especially from the hotel bartender! She was absolutely lovely; made a great drink, stayed calm and steady on a busy night, and treated every customer with genuine personability and kindness.
Toilet in the room took 3 tries to flush, rust around sink fixtures, tub drain clogged, discolored lighting fixture in bathroom, stains present on interior bathroom door, dust on tables, oil stain on comforter and ice machines on floor 5 & 4 broken.
Overall, stay was ok but will never book again

The electric outlets in the room are not working. There was no phone number to connect front desk from the room. I am totally disappointed.
