3 story end of row town house in a beautiful neighborhood (Hollins).
Room is beautifully decorated with lots of modern amenities and decors, big screen television, and an electric fireplace.
Abundance of security, located just around the University of Maryland Baltimore campus.
This is a multi unit property with separate private entrance for each unit, the basement unit is a separate rented apartment on its own. Security measures are in place to ensure there`s no encroachment into any unauthorized unit from both units.

The bathroom and the security system were the only positive items in the place.
The awful negatives were :4) awful mattress. 5) craters of floor covered with awful rug. Stepping on the floor , you can dislocate your feet and ankles.
1) fake heating system 5) we developed pain in our shoulders and back and waist.
2) very aged awful rags as towels
3) awful bedcover

Nice option for a weekend stay in Baltimore
This listing is located in the basement of a rowhouse in the Hollins Market area of Baltimore. Overall this was a good spot to sleep and to keep our stuff while doing things in town. My girlfriend and I found the neighborhood and area around it charming and safe to walk around. There is also a bar a block and a half away called 'The Back Yard' that we specifically loved and would highly recommend! If you are 1-2 people looking to stay in close proximity to Oriole Park ./ M&T Bank stadium this is a great location.
A few caveats to our stay here:
1. As mentioned before, it is a basement unit in a rowhouse. The top half of the rowhouse is a separate VRBO listing so there is a potential other guests will be staying there. While you are completely separated, you can hear what's going on above pretty easily, and the central A/C is controlled in the top unit. There was a portable A/C unit/humidifier in the basement but it did not work very well or consistently.
2. The check in process was a little annoying in that we were asked day of to provide photo ID in order to receive the check in info. While I don't have an issue with providing photo ID, this is something that can easily be taken care of days in advance
3. While we were advised multiple times that this is a non-smoking property via the lisiting + messaging, the property still had a cigarette smell present when we arrived
Even considering the above, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!
