I love this place it deserves its high ratings. It is a peaceful and fun place close to everything. It is a secret gem. I plan to make it a regular place for me to get away. All the staff deserve 10. The manager Rihanna, she is awesome. It is a gift to already know what the guest needs and already have it there. 10 all around.

Booked for a local conference, checked in and the room had an electrical issue. No opportunity to upgrade or have a different room. Primary front desk employee was unhelpful and rude. Service recovery & customer service lacked empathy. Left scrambling for last minute accommodations. Later received refund and apology from another employee and property manager.
