The level of disrepair was astounding for the cost of the room. Anything and everything was in rough shape. From the “No Smokng” sign, because someone had pulled off the letter ‘I’, to the water stained lamp shade, missing elevator keys, the air conditioner that never really cooled the room, housekeepers that did not clean the room even though I had already left for the day, and the restaurant that’s closed for refurbishment mentioned no where on their website. This used to be a really nice hotel, and they’re still charging for that premium expirence. Next time I’m just gonna stay at the (much cheaper) Marriott next door.
