"The accommodations were good but no shampoo or hair dryer. With all the high baggage costs you expect a hair dryer so you don't have to pack one. It was about 10 miles from Washington DC so it was a bit of a drive to go there. The bed was good and i slept well. It was in a safe rural area, easy in and easy out. Quite a few restaurants in the area. It was about what you would expect from Motel 6"

"The room was clean, but sofa cushions had some pretty good stains. The bathroom sink bowl was cracked, but functioned. Wasn't the best hotel breakfast, but I have had worse. Only chose to eat there once. Staff was friendly and the location is good."

"Do not prepay parking through Expedia. They won’t recognize it. You will not get credit for it. We used the valet service for two of the 4 nights. They charged us for all 4 nights of valet parking at $45 a night. I paid to self park across the street, they charged my the 45 dollars on TOP of that. All in I had $300 plus of parking fees for 4 nights. They charged me $200 for valet I didn’t use, I prepaid 85 on Expedia and I then paid another 30 plus for the self parking. They will not refund or credit you. It is a hot mess. And you need to order you lr car from Valet 30-45 minutes before you need it. Very slow getting your car to you. Just pay to self park across the street. Do not involve the staff of the hotel or the valets. The hotel itself is fabulous. I come to Baltimore 6 or 7 times a year and I’ll use the hotel again. But I learned a very painful and expensive lesson on the parking."

"The staff were absolutely friendly, engaging, helpful and so kind. The bonus complimentary Happy Hour was fantastic. The outside noise on Saturday was insane until after midnight but a huge event was going on outside of the control of the hotel. The room next to us was either smoking weed 24/7 or they had opened their own dispensary because the smell was so strong in our room all night. Parking was a BREEZE! The staff was exceptional. We did not eat the breakfast - but the complimentary coffee was great. We will stay there again on our next visit."

"Check in was smooth and easy. We were able to check-in online and simply picked up our room keys at the service desk. Staff was very friendly and kind. The area outside the hotel seemed rough, but we never ran into any issues. Our room, however, was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere and the sheets were covered in makeup stains. The bathroom and bath tub were also dirty and the ceiling was covered in mold. Hotel area was convenient but I likely won't stay here again."
