Once you get inside the hotel, you are fine. The hotel itself is pretty good. It was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. However getting there is a different story. It requires wading through all sorts of sketchy people. The parking garage across the street had different people sleeping in the stairwell and there was always a puddle of urine to walk through. Even when we left one morning at 5:30am there were people loitering on the street in front of the hotel. I know they can't help their surroundings but if I had young children or if I were a female, I wouldn't want to be within a mile of this place.

The building was interesting and had a great lobby space. It was a nice remodel of an older building. The guest room ceilings were shockingly high, especially for the age of the building. AC was cold on a hot day, and staff was friendly. The parking is difficult and it seemed like we were only given an option for valet before we even checked in. But then after committing to the valet parking they said we could also park in the garage next door and it was half the price. Too late at that point. Food at breakfast was decent.

The area was not a good neighborhood. The hotel has no parking. You pay $50 day for valet parking which you are forced to do basically and its in a big garage across the street. If you come back after 11pm there's no valet attendant and you have to park your car yourself and yet you pay $50 daily. They do bring your car to you when you request it via an app. The hotel and room was very nice, clean and modern. One of the best rooms for the price.

I didn’t know this place was located in a “not so good” area …. It was high traffic , people , cops , ambulances and alot of noise ! The property itself was ok no real food at this hotel bar staff not friendly.. uber eats is your friend .. the manager was pleasant and the valet men. I would not stay here again the atmosphere didn’t feel the safest. Overall it was a decent hotel. Just noisy and no amenities.

We only stayed a day, they let us check-in early, ballpark walking distance. Found a great place to eat Mic O’Sheas (?)spelling. Very nice room, left early but was able to get coffee, yogurt and muffin (breakfast area nice) while we walked to Amtrak, a few street sleepers but felt safe.

Overall the room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. My TV didn’t have a signal and wouldn’t show channels. They fixed it towards the end of my stay. My biggest issue with the hotel was the area back behind the property. It was scary to say the least. Looked like there could have been drug deals and prostitution going on. Was scared to have my rental car valeted and put in the parking garage.

I had a pretty good stay overall. The location was a bit wild definitely not what I expected when I first pulled up—but once inside, the hotel was surprisingly nice. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy feel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were solid for the price. Honestly, the contrast between the outside and inside was night and day. If you can get past the surroundings, it’s a great spot to stay. Would definitely consider coming back.

I booked online and paid in advance. When I drove by, I was immediately put off by the surrounding area. There were a lot of vagrants and trash in the streets. I was honestly scared to park my car in the garage and walk across the street. I called the hotel and spoke to a lady that made me feel more comfortable. She assured me the property was secure and I eventually checked in. LET ME SAY…..NO REGRETS. From the lobby’s first impression, I was smitten. This location is beautiful and clean and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend

Overall, our stay here was good. The gentleman working the valet parking was amazing. Our truck was too big for the parking garage but he was able to help us out but using a valet spot right in from of the hotel. The front desk staff at check in were very friendly. Be aware of the water they offer in the lobby though, it tastes like it has bleach in it. The room was a good size and very clean but the handle on the toilet was hanging off so you had to push it back in to flush. The breakfast in the morning was ok, very basic. Be mindful that it is located in a rougher neighborhood, but we had no issues. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and the staff were awesome.

Property was nice, buffet breakfast really good.One thing I hated was the ballet parking lady who was so pushy and almost forcing me to pay $45.00 for overnight parking in an area that he plenty parking offers for less than $30.00
