"Everything about this stay was horrible"

"Hotel was in an area where we felt unsafe. Limited facilities and in need of a refurb. We were a group of 4 but had only 2 glasses, 3 towels, no coffee facilities. Should have been given a free drink but not offered. No map of area available. Disappointing ."

This seemed like a one-time issue.The rooftop restaurant, Topside, has an amazing view of Baltimore and the food is delicious. "
