"Perfect location for us in Bangkok,just 5mins away from the busy streets.We were allowed to check in early as we had an early flight.The guys on reception were super friendly and very helpful.The apartment was more than big enough for 3 adults having separate rooms.The apartment had everything that was needed. "The host response time was within five minutes very quick and professional. Everything was perfect. The location is great and you are a three minute walk to the Water Taxi and easy to get Bolt or Grab. Also, walking if the heat is right is good to the Terminal 21 and other places. The place was great with a private access entrance to the gym and pool avoiding the stairs and elevator. SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Skyview Hotel and would stay again, but we experienced several frustrating issues upon arrival. Our original Executive King room had a leaking air conditioner that left the floor wet. We were moved to another room and told it was the same category, but it was clearly a downgrade to a Premium room. Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to remain there for the night. After I insisted, we were upgraded the following day—but then the air conditioner in that room also began leaking. Having the same issue in two separate rooms was unacceptable and a major inconvenience. The hotel should inspect and maintain its air-conditioning units on a regular schedule. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating, the amenities were inviting, and the location was extremely convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. However, the food at the hotel’s other restaurant was disappointing. I was also disappointed that the rooftop venue was closed on Sunday and Monday. The rooftop views are one of the hotel’s main attractions, and guests visit throughout the week—not only on weekends. It should be available seven days a week. A complimentary hotel or airport shuttle would also be a welcome addition. Despite the issues, we had an overall pleasant stay and would consider returning, especially because of the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and helpful staff."

"Clean property . Recommended for 1 night transit, near BKK airport. With shuttle service Staff was helpful, from driver to front desk. The bed was comfy & room size is just fine for 2 person AC work well in humid weather Robinson mall just walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient Will be back again in near future"
