Very polite and helpful staff. Property is quite nice, the breakfast is excellent and the dining restaurant is very good. We did have a discrepancy between the booking of some family details (number of guests in room and number of breakfasts), but this was resolved after talking with the Expedia VIP line and three times with reception staff. Should have been unnecessary. Also had an issue with the coffee makers that was never resolved, and also kept getting too few towels delivered to the room on the daily. Small issue, but again should not be necessary. I would stay again, good value for money from a pleasantly staffed location.

I love everything about the property. I would highly recommend the property, excellent customer service. Everything was so good it’s almost embarrassing. The bell man is out of this world. I will be BACK
