「The apartment is in a great location across from the river with parking on site. It is luxurious, exceptionally clean, spacious and everything feels high quality and brand new - the decoration and style of the building is first class. It is also packed with a lot of smart home features such as lighting, sound systems, large TV and even a robot vacuum to keep the place tidy. The apartment is also dog friendly and being on ground floor is a perfect spot for dog owners with a lot of nearby places...

「The house was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Convenient location between Dunotter Castle and Aberdeen. Small shop for essentials just across the street, larger stores 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend.」

「A clean and modern apartment with all you need for a short stay. You had to do a online checking and were given a code to open the door. There is no front desk. and there didn't need to be. all the information was provided and had no issue getting into the room.
If I had one criticism it was the use of blinds on the smaller windows, I'd have preferred curtains like on the big windows. A couple of the blinds were bent, solved it by keeping the bathroom door open which blocked the bedroom...

「The property description is misleading, so is the voucher provided by Belvilla post booking. You are getting only room, not with kitchenette.
BUT, the room itself was clean and comfortable. Compariticely cheaper to other hotels.
Location is convenient to explore the area.」

「They provide me normal room even if I booked the standard family for 3 appointment.
Windows don’t open and the room is smelly (of course because no ventilation) no air conditioning and the fan was very poor conditions.
I have to change the room because of problems in the toilet」

「When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. 」
