"Buckhood cottage had everything needed, clean and functional. The kitchen was a good size with the best view to look at while washing up. Beds were comfy and slept very well. Only issue was the shower, very low pressure and runs scorching hot and freezin cold. Overall a very good stay. Xxx"

"This property was exactly as expected and really good value. The location is lovely and really convenient for hiking, mountain biking and all the area has to offer. Ballater is very close (less than 10 min cycle). Interior is exactly as in the photos. Plenty of space for boots, coats etc. Comfortable beds with lovely linen. "

"This cottage is so nice you won't want to leave the house. The layout is perfect and incredibly functional, and the style is pristine and tasteful. Check in was easy and the owners were very helpful and communicative. "Cottage is in a lovely quiet location and is very well equipped- beds are very coverage too. I didn’t have much communication from the hosts as didn’t need it- only downside was getting told off for putting the radiators on. I couldn’t get the towels dry overnight for a shower the next day- weather was too wet to hand them out and they wouldn’t dry in the cottage."

"It was a real treat to arrive here after a long journey. It is a beautiful, modern house in an idyllic setting. We had ample room to spread out and accommodate our large extended family. Everything was spotless. Vinnie showed my sister around and was responsive to all our questions and requests throughout the stay. We will cherish our memories of this house forever!
