Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact. “Das Apartment war super. Es war sauber, geräumig und zentral. Das Wifi war sehr gut. Cafes und andere Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke. Zu den Petronas Towers habe ich ca 10 Minuten gemütlich zu Fuß gebraucht. Die Kommunikation lief perfekt über WhatsApp ab.”

“Only washer. No dryer. Very nice facility including little play ground, swimming pool and gym. But I wasn’t used to needing to scan the tag every time I use the elevator. Quite annoying on that regards. But I will stay again!”
