“Great staff to check us in in the evening. The girls from the morning staff were flustered, but it was super busy, some convention was in town, but the gentleman in the evening was wonderful. Room was great! Spacious, clean and nice. Room was up to date and had a fridge. Parking was easy but unfortunately, it was extra. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Tons of eating options near by, creek right outside the window.”

“We reserved a suite with 3 beds for 6 adults and when tying to check in hey didn’t have that suite but offered us initially a room with a king, a pull out sofa bed and blankets for the floor. Uh nope! Staff and manager quickly found us 2 rooms so that only one couple slept on pull out and no one was on floor. Comp’ed us the room and gave us sodas and let us check in early. Staff was kind and calm and we figured out an acceptable solution together. Kudos to the team!!! Kindness wins every time!”
