Perfect beach house

This place was great! Loved the location to the beach. Has everything you need. Loved the washer and dryer. Also really enjoyed the many bedrooms with their own bathrooms. For our large family this was perfect and very helpful.

Amazing Property

This home is a five-minute walk to the beach, the kitchen is wonderfully outfitted, and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. This was our second stay at this property and was great both times and a highlight of our trip. This home is an easy choice for your Bandon vacation. We definitely recommend!

Last minute vacation

Great for a family gathering. Kitchen, table, sofa all were perfect for family & friends to gather. Bedrooms & bathrooms were great too. We slept well and didn't have to wait in line to go. 😉

Bandon Dunes Trip

The house was perfect for our foursome. Convenient to all the great restaurants in Bandon and only 15 minutes from Bandon Dunes. The house was very spacious with each of us having our own bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Family gathering at the beach house

We had a great time. This house is fairly stocked well. Usually I have to clean to feel comfortable when we rent a beach house but this one was clean and fairly well stocked. We really enjoyed riding horses on the beach and convenience of stables across the street.

Great House for Bandon Group Trip

This house was great for a group trip to Bandon. Having 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge perk. Plenty of room to spread out in the main living area and the kitchen was absolutely massive. The beach is very close by and was so peaceful and secluded. Getting in to town is less than a 10min drive and getting the Bandon Dunes takes about 20min driving. We would stay here again.

Was good for us location wise with our activities. However, the property did have a funky smell in the front bedroom and bathroom that forced us to move the kids to different bedroom

Overall, a decent property. Taking one star off for the reasons mentioned below. Pros-Very clean-Spacious, especially the kitchen, dining, family room on the second floor-Conveniently located - 7 minute drive to downtown and 15 minutes to Bandon Dunes courses-Responsive hosts - fixed a minor issue quickly. Needs improvement -Note that there is one bedroom upstairs without an attached bath. (There is one 1/2 bath upstairs,) So one has to use the bathroom downstairs for shower, etc. -Glassware needs significant upgrade. Only one wine glass. Mosh mash of coffee cups left behind by guests or owners from their travels. -Non stick cookware comprises black teflon coated pots and pans, which are hazardous to health. These need to be replaced immediately.

Family Reunion at the Beach

This is a nice property. We enjoyed the open layout of the dining/kitchen/living room for our family reunion. It was a great gathering space. The kitchen is well outfitted, we were able to find all the items we needed to cook meals for our group. It was only a short walk to a nice section of beach. Less than perfect: The bunk room is quite small, not really comfortable for adults with suitcases, but would be fine for small children.

Nice! Lots of space

Clean. Easy to check in and out. When the hot water didn't work, it was fixed within the hour. Comfy beds. Lots of space for families and kids to sleep on the floor! Would stay there again.

Great place

Everything was excellent. Cozy space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchenware. Only complaint was the weak hot water, it barely supplied a 10 minute hot shower when no one else was home all day, and only filled about 3" of the awesome Jacuzzi tub I was excited about. With 4 people we had to wait about a half hour between each shower.

Kitchen & Towels

The kitchen items need to be refurbished. Mix and match silverware, plates and cups. There should be some basic items like spices when checking in. Towels need to be replaced with new ones.

enjoyed the home, wish there was a deck, 10 am check out is a real trial, as you like to sleep in on Sundays. I paid $45 to stay till 2pm. it's a little expensive, but nice to go to beach. thank you

Great family getaway

This house is perfect for a large family or a few families staying together. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There is a bunk room that the kids slept in next to the main bedroom. Two bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms and the other two rooms had bathrooms just outside the doors. The main living space is upstairs which was nice to have all on one level. More than enough room to spread out. House was in a great location, close to the beach and just a few minutes drive to downtown Bandon. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this house BUT...

After golfing all day really wanted to come home, have some dinner and watch some sports. Unfortunately we were forced to go out and spend more on drinks and dinner. It’s a lively home with great amenities but not having cable or satellite will force us to stay somewhere else next year.

nice but a few flaws

We enjoyed our time together at this home. However , the dining room chairs were falling apart and very uncomfortable. Some of the kitchen utensils were cheap and useless. The pile of bird dropping at the front door is gross and a health hazard. The communication in email and phone messages were non existent. The gas grill is broken.

Uncomfortable stay

I’ll preface by saying we are regular beach house renters and this was one of the most uncomfortable stays we’ve ever had. The big issues were that it was a ridiculously hot weekend (out of their control) but a/c is not an option and fans were not provided until night 2 of our stay, we were also unable to open certain windows for airflow with the kids because there was a screen missing. We also were unable to bathe or shower unless it was cold because there was hot water in the sinks but none in the baths and showers. We couldn’t use the tv until night 2 because it was filled with gunky batteries. The beds were wildly uncomfortable. The customer service was quick responses and they sent someone over for maintenance but he just brought new batteries for the tv and 2 fans, nothing was done about the water. As many times as we brought up these issues we were only told it was sent to the local team and we still haven’t heard anything back.

Bandon Family Getaway

We had amazing 4 night stay at this property with our family! The location was great with easy access to a beautiful beach!! It was the first time our granddaughters, ages 2 and 4, had the opportunity to experience the ocean, and they absolutely loved it!! It didn't matter how cold the water was, they were all smiles and laughter. We actually felt like we had the beach to ourselves with very few people on the beach while we were there. It was so beautiful and the weather was amazing!! The house was perfect with plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. We had everything we needed. The house location was close to old town and the guys had an incredible golf experience at Bandon Dunes!! We prepared meals at the house and also dined out at wonderful local restaurants. My only constructive feedback would be that we were not able to directly contact the local Property Management Company with a few questions we had after arrival. It went to a phone number that was not answered. We then called the 1-800 number. The message was taken, but no response was received back to us afterwards with our questions. If our question had been more emergent this would definitely have been a concern in my opinion! Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing, long weekend getaway with our family, and we all loved the experience!! Very memorable!
