「This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again.」

「I extended my stay for another week and it was very good just like previous week.They do laundry every 2-3 days, change sheets every 2-3 days or whenever you request. 」

「This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. 」

「The house is amazing and exactly as the pictures described it. It is a beautiful villa about 5 min walk from the main Boudhha road and about 10 minutes walk from Budhha stupa. We booked it for family stay and some pre-wedding ceremonies and had to get permission from the host for the same. Initially we had trouble connecting with the host (property manager - based out of a different country). 「Thank you for your services. The accommodations was neat and clean. The place it felt like home. The staffs was lovely and friendly. The only thing was concerned that on arrival we didn’t get to move into our own apartment that was originally booked. And was send to different place. It was a big surprised as I’ve been traveling for long journeys. Then during the preparation for our wedding week and we have to moved the apartment. "It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
