"I would highly recommend the Craig Alvah lodge to anyone looking to visit the area, the rooms were spotless with plenty of space. Both the living room and kitchen/dining area has plenty of seating available (pretty comfy too). The pool was a big part of what finalised our decision to stay here and it did not disappoint, very clean and well kept. Garden area was well looked after too ! Owners and cleaners were very friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. WiFi was strong as there were 15+ devices connected at once and we had no problems with it. We can’t wait to come :)"

"The room was ideal with a walk in shower and as my husband and I are both disabled it was very comfortable indeed. The staff got us a second comfortable chair when I asked for one as there was only one in the room, this seems to be the usual furnishing in any hotel we have used, to have only one easy chair, however it is the first time we have had one of the staff run and get us another one right away. The food was first class and the staff were very attentive and helpful and accomodating . Some of our family were also staying there and they arrived too late for the evening meal and the staff got them a platter of sandwiches and salad . I highly recommend this hotel and we would stay there again ."
