“This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. “The property was easy to find and communication for entry etc was great. The cottage was very well equipped and spotless, also very comfortable, and the owners left a few essentials and treats for us and our dog. Sean also called to make sure everything was OK, which was really nice of him.
