"An absolute perfect hotel and experience. I booked this hotel for my elderly mother who was traveling alone and the hotel could not have done more to accommodate this. "Check in was smooth and fast. My only complaint is that the only windows in the room were in the bathroom, and had shades that didn’t open. Very limited number of mostly Thai tv channels. "Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated.
