“Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. ”

“The bathtub is quite dirty, with little sand and hair on it. However, the overall experience is satisfied. The view is awesome and the surrounding is quiet. The staff is friendly as well. Recommend for everyone who would like to have a vacation in Koh Lak! Make sure you rent a car or motor bike for commuting from the hotel to downtown. ”

“Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. There are swimming section and rest area with adults only. The room interior is clean but some equipment need to be refurbished.”

“Tucked away behind Moo 4, The Khao Lak Palm Hill Resort is a hidden gem. Don’t expect beachfront chain hotel luxury but do expect rustic charm and a warm, friendly welcome. Far enough away from the main road to be peaceful and tranquil but close enough to access everything that the area has to offer by way of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The hotel has 49 large rooms, all surrounding a lovely pool and with the forest as a backdrop. There wasn’t one day that we didn’t get a sunbed……

“Français/ english: petit havre de paix avec un très beau jardin qui entoure 1 jolie petite piscine. Chambre très propre et récente. C'était 1 étape d'un jour et je n'ai pas pris le temps de découvrir les alentours (ce qui suppose à priori de louer 1 scooter). Autres services: réservation taxi, location scooter, pressing. Excellent rapport qualité prix. A quiet and nice place. I loves the garden and the swimming pool. Room new and very clean. Extras: taxi, laundry, motorbike (usefull for moving……

“You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style. Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing. The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced. Love the place. ”

“Viihtyisä mökkikylä rauhallisella alueella. Hyvät allasalueet. Sora ääninen kukko herätti aamuisin, joka oli omalla tavallaan viehättävää. Aamupala buffet oli riittävä. Huoneet siistejä, mutta kylpyhuoneessa viemärin hajua. Plussaa mökkikylän ystävällisistä koirista. Tulen yöpymään täällä vielä uudelleen, jos palaan maahan. Viikko vierähti nopeasti tässä paikassa.”
