This hotel sits off the busy street, but still very walkable and close to everything, including the BTS - which can take you all over the city. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant surcharge - even when dining in - but I guess it's comparable to the Vegas charges. It only made me go elsewhere to eat, as there are many, many options within walking distance. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. At checkout, they had housekeeping immediately check the rooms - which was a plus for me as I almost forgot my glasses. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017. That in itself tells you all that you need to know. We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip. We are coming back for another 4 night stay in a few weeks

Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely stay and excellent value for money. I’d rate it 8.5/10 and would definitely
