EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

Room condition a little tired, and restaurant menu didn’t seem very authentic a bit bland, Staff mostly very kind and considerate, I have stayed there twice and would happily stay again.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioner was okay. Shower floor was very slippery!!! Clean room. Helpful staff.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. Room and hotel was nice. Only put a low rating because of the hotel pick up service. The lady at the airport was very rude. Our flight had been delayed but I was able to get to the shuttle waiting area on time, with my partner just behind me collecting our luggage. She told us to ‘find our own way there’ or wait two hours for the next shuttle. It seemed a bit ridiculous seeing as she could see my partner coming but still decided it wasn’t worth the 2 minute wait. Really poor first impression. Had to taxi to the hotel, and no sorry from staff.
