"We were able to get an early check in which was so appreciated! We had been travelling for over two days (9hr layover and 18hr in an airplane) so early access to our room where we could relax and shower felt like heaven! Thank you so much! "

"Reserved last minute stay before heading back home. Prior stay the shower had mold and hair conditioner bottle was empty. Despite that we enjoyed our stay. We will return when we return to Thailand. "

"Overall, the hotel was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite and loved that it was spacious enough for 4 of us. Also, liked that there was a proper dining table for all the food we ate lol. The room itself is a little dated but everything worked fine and had no other issues really. The view was very pretty at night. Staff were super lovely and helpful with any queries or requests we had. The service is second to none and most staff are English speaking so that was an added plus as we didn’t have to butcher their language trying to converse so I was grateful for that :). The hotel location is also good as it is quite close to most things we wanted to do (about 40mins from airport) but easy to catch sky train or even a bolt/grab their version of Uber from the hotel also. Also, did a tour through the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed both we had the cutest tour guides for the 2 tours we did and recommend booking through them if you want. Also, not sure if it was just because we went in the hottest month (April) and if aircon units were just struggling to get really cold because of that or if it’s cause the aircon system is quite old. But, overall, a great stay with lovely staff and great amenities. Also, the rooftop bar is super cool! "

"Lebua was great & I highly recommend staying here. It’s an upscale hotel that we found incredibly affordable. The staff were all very polite, hospitable & professional. Location of the hotel is ideal, you’re close to a lot of the main attractions in Bangkok. The breakfast was really nice as well. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in BKK"
