"This is the 3rd time that we stay with Grand Eastin Phayathai. We took airport rail to phayathai station this time and the hotel is just doorsteps away in the Unicorn building. As usual, the staff was really friendly and helpful. This time they have enabled a in-app chat in their own hotel app which has facilitated the communication with hotel staff, they handle general enquiry and housekeeping service in a prompt manner. It saves people who have anxiety to call the front desk to ask for help. While the facilities of the hotel are generally well maintained, I have found the elevator buttons are less sensitive than they used to be. Sometimes I need to press very hard in order to make it work. It would be perfect if the button sensitivity could be adjusted. It is a fantastic hotel and I will keep coming back in the future."

"Great Value and Comfortable Stay, but Some Drawbacks ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Eleven Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with an exceptionally large and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers great value for money. However, soundproofing could be better. Our room was on the 8th floor facing Soi 11, yet we could still hear the live band playing downstairs at night. In the early morning hours, noise from tuk-tuk engines was also quite noticeable. Light sleepers should definitely keep this in mind. Another issue is the hotel's incorrect location on Hotels.com. The map shows it near the entrance of Soi 11, making it appear very close to Nana BTS Station. In reality, it's about a five-minute walk further down Soi 11. The sidewalks are narrow and often crowded with pedestrians, which can make walking with large suitcases rather inconvenient. Breakfast was fairly average, but considering the affordable room rate, I wouldn't be too critical. Overall, Eleven Hotel is a good choice for its cleanliness, comfort, friendly service, and reasonable price. Despite the noise and location inconvenience, I would still give it 4 out of 5 stars."

"不愧為5星級飯店-離BTS ASOKS 步行7-8分鐘-飯店接待人員都很笑臉友善-附近吃的餐廳也很方便多樣-便利商店7-11走路5分鐘內可到-10樓可以預約付費的Let's relax 可以按摩-房間大的剛好-有一個很大的落地窗-窗簾全開可看日出跟日落-浴缸-馬桶-淋浴都分開方便2人以上同時使用-早餐在LG (B1) 樣式算多想吃的都有~很開心選到一個滿意的飯店增加旅遊的好心情"

"入到酒店大堂感覺裝修華麗地方寬敞 , 工作人員服務態度殷勤, 令人滿意。酒店位置需不太接近bts站但只需10分鐘路程已可以經由skywalk到central world大型商場和big C .在酒店附近還有水門市場和時裝批發商場 適合旅客們閒逛 。酒店房間亦都寬敞整潔, 衛浴設備齊全. 泳池體育設施一應俱全 ,整體而言這酒店值得推薦"
