Sukhumvit Getaway

Tucked away, hidden gem on the 29th floor with an amazing view. Very clean (Daily house keeping) shuttle service to the mall which gave access to the rail system system. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We walked everywhere from here. Bed was firm. The kitchen was stocked with bare essentials, pot, pan, 2 sets of dishes and utensils. It did have a nice size fridge, which we used. Finding the place was quite difficult as directions were not clear. We were fortunate to have a driver that was very helpful and was able to figure out where we had to be due to his knowledge of the area. Once there, the staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a nice apartment in a tower that houses mostly long term rentals for people who are doing business in the area. The place is close to brand new. AC was very good. Shower is huge. Blackout curtains for night and a fantastic view of the city in the day. The front desk service was top notch. The security is really good, although this is a business district so I'm not sure how much security is needed. The area is very walkable. Great restaurants (Lebanese and Japanese were very good). 7/11 is very close, as is a large shopping mall that was interesting to walk through at night. The only down side was the distance to the old Bangkok area, which since we were there as tourists, was a bit of a drive. Depending on the time of day, it was 30-60 minute drive. We did not use the subway sytem, which may have been a better option.

Sukhomvit Oasis

We had always stayed in hotels in Bangkok, and wanted more convenience and flexibility. This place exceeded all our needs. Great rooftop pool, free shuttle to BTS among the amenities we enjoyed. The apartment was wonderful, big refrigerator, excellent having the washer/dryer. We will definitely be back. The only things that could be improved would be a chair or two for the balcony, and a coffee maker. But regardless this place is 10/10. Easy and great contact with the owner/property manager. Excellent communication.

Great Place to Work and Live

I'll start with my only criticism of the location. There should be better instructions as to how to check-in as others noted. Maybe place a sign up in the lobby with instructions. But once I checked in I only have praise for this location. You'll be in the neighborhood of embassies and several good restaurants. It's a short 5-7 minute walk to Sukhumvit Road where more restaurants and bars are located. Place is kept spotless with great maid service. Internet works great as does the AC. I extended my stay a few weeks to keep this spot. I'll be back.

The apartment was great and the price was reasonable. We had value for money and would again stay there on our next visit. The only problem that we faced was not being provided with a proper and correct address when hotel confirmation was received.The confirmation mail had a wrong address . This resulted in us running around and wasting over 2 hours to find the place. There was no phone number even to contact. We brought ths issue to the attention of reception staff and handed over a copy of the reservation. I hope this issue is not faced by others in past or in future!

I had a wonderful stay of 6 nights at 39boulevard, Very well maintained property and excellent Host. The staff working there are very courteous and smiling. The first day I faced a problem with the AC not working properly in the living room, their technician tried to fix it, but as the problem was going to take long they shifted me to a different room one floor below with the same view. I would recommend this property 100% if you are looking to stay at a nice neighborhood, away from the main hustle and bustle of Soi 11-15. They have a fully equipped Kitchen so you can do your own cooking, which I love to do. A Thumbs up to Supathep for doing a very efficient job.

This palce was a charm!!! i really wish i stayed in bangkok for two weeks not just one! after one week i just started to feel like home!... if you want to stay somewhere without the crazy buzy hub of tourists everywhere... well this might just be it! as it hardly gets better... what you get here for your money is absolutely exeptional!... I highly recommend! the only thing to be aware of is that yes, you are a bit further from all the buzy street action, there are few good restaurants about 5 min walk and bts skytrain is a 10 min walk, but for the distance, you sure get it back in the value +++ THANK YOU, I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK! ;)
