This property has the potential to be great. Needs a lot of TLC to get back up to the standards of a 5 star property. I will have to say that there were a few employees that went above and beyond and seemed to care for others. I wish I had their names! One was the new check-in agent that assisted me and the others were the bell-service/greeters everyone else frowned a lot.

Staff was amazing. "Kay" helped us with a few additional days stay. Everything is within a few steps: vendors, kitchen, MRT, Restaurants, etc. Yet away from sukhamvit rd just enough 😃
