Easy check in. Food at the restaurant was great. Rooms were very quiet and very clean. Hot water in the shower. Shuttle to the airport left on time and was free as we were guests.

I think an important quality of an airport hotel is sound level. Even though I could see a steady stream of planes taking off from my room windows, I heard nothing. Excellent for soundproofing.

I booked because the hotel offered free shuttle to and from the airport. However shuttle service is only available to the airport and only at 2 times making it essentially not a benefit to staying at the hotel. This information is not explained on the website prior to booking is misleading.

This is our go-to place when arriving in BKK late at night and then connecting to somewhere else in Thailand in the morning. ฿ 200 local taxi ride (with nice tip) either direction. Rooms are always clean. WiFi is nice and fast. Showers are super nice with hot water and good pressure. Beds are clean and comfy. Out like a light and up whenever you want. Breakfast was nice too (first time we had time to enjoy their breakfast). If you go to or from at the right times, you can take advantage of their free shuttle to and from the airport… Will continue to stay here!

Nice and close to airport
Bed was comfortable and room clean and neat Buffet breakfast ok if first in but not good at replenishing foods at all if your later Pool nice if you want close try E block though at back of complex Only 3 stories tall so nice that way. People very friendly

A nice surprise was the price so close to the airport. Relatively new clean and modern hotel with quite comfortable beds. there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a big carpark

Great hotel near BKK. Very friendly staff. Simple rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Robe, slippers, toothbrush & paste, soap, and air-conditioning. Shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner or lotion). Fast and easy check in and out. They helped us get taxis to the airport (15-20 minutes away for 150 baht in March 2023). The on-property restaurant is very good. Breakfast was ample and started at 6:00 a.m. Great airport hotel.

Close to the airport. The front desk called a cab for my sister's family. We took a grab, both worked out great, cost was about 150 from hotel lobby. Included breakfast was good, local and western options. We also enjoyed dinner there but it was a little pricey. Hotel staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Good airport hotel.

I purchased 2 suite, and we got a room next to each other, but ours had ants in the room and they gave us another room , later that night my daughter’s room had ants, and they gave her another but it was a down grade with no refund from the suite I’ve paid for. They need training in customer services
