Great property, clean and spacious room. The staff unfortunately is not at a liberty to take any booking. I wanted to extend my stay, and the only way they could accommodate it was by asking me to go to third party booking again.

"Breakfast included" was a diner meal, it was good but the hotel charges 25 US for 2 people, the food was around 3-4 dollars max per person

Our family stayed in one bed room executive 8 days, room is very big, Overall is good, especially quite clean. It’s very important for kids. However, the breakfast seems outsourcing to the nearby Foodland, that waitresses don’t understand English well and seems avoid to serve customers! If we take it as 4 stars hotel, the breakfast service is not okay!

房間設施不好，冷氣機超嘈，影響睡眠
真實住宿環境與圖片相差太遠，房間設施比較殘舊，特別是冷氣機很嘈，沖涼房地面有頭髮碎和塵埃。而且剛開門入屋時，有一陣難聞的氣味。唯一優點係近Asok BTS站和Terminal 21商場。

Room was large but the hotel is well past its best. Rooms very dated and swimming pool area needs updating. Overall a disappointing 3 night stay.

Bangkok stay
Stayed here on the last 3 nights of a 2.5 week long Thailand holiday. Overall it was good. The room was nice, spacious and the bed is huge and more importantly comfortable. The only thing I could mention as negative is the noisy aircon and the scaled/mouldy shower head and sealant. The hotel is close to the train station, mall and night market so it’s perfect for city break.

Hotel offers a great view to Bangkok
The hotel room has amazing view to a city with a big jacuzzi. We loved it. And the location is very convenient. It is close to a train station. Only 5-7 mins walk.

Had a suite. Light on the night stand did not work. Was initially swapped out with the light in the living room. Had to get back to reception to have it replaced. Ants in the living room, pantry and bathroom. Housekeeping sprayed very generous in the living room area Ants gone but had to run the airco fan at high speed. Breakfast not very exhaustive and less than standard. It was included in the offer though. Since the stay was an offer it was ok for the price paid, but would not take this hotel at their normal rates. Value for money would not be justifiable.

Great value for your money. Rooms are great and close to a 24 hour market and 7.11 across the street. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

the room is big, the view is good and the hotel location is convenient (specialy for going to bts or mrt), but honestly not really satisfied on the cleaness level (as you will find obvious dirt around the washing/drying machine areas and the place for inserting detergent). the charging facilities (such as usb plug) are pretty outdated and you have to make sure u have your traveling plug w/ you. staffs are quite nice but they cannot really speak english and sometimes it is quite difficult for communication.

I am fed up of emails from Expedia requesting reviews. But the review reminders are beyond the pale. I owe no duty to review. So from now on, when I get a review reminder, I will rate the hotel terrible on all counts. Hopefully the hotel will tell Expedia to stop annoying their guests. There are other hotel booking websites out there.

Good 4-Star Hotel, with certain limitations.
Overall, nice comfortable hotel in good location (although given Bangkok’s size, not central to all attractions). Excellent food store next door as well as restaurants and spas within short walk. Executive room very spacious, apartment-like, although not luxurious. Free breakfast buffet with limited western offerings but minimally satisfying. Hotel does not have a concierge, multi-lingual or otherwise, so communications, etc limited to front desk and not always reassuring given minimal English speaking staff. Lastly, note that taxis, Grab, etc seem to have difficulty, despite GPS apps, locating for ride pickups and drop offs.
