還不錯的住宿體驗
住的不是面游泳池的房型,晚上不會吵。 早餐有西式5種及泰式5種主餐可以選,點的都蠻好吃的。 可以在餐廳及泳池邊用餐。 服務人員態度十分良好,英文也可以溝通。 交通上要走15分鐘才可以到BTS站,算比較不方便。 不過住房有些消耗品用完後不主動補,需要跟櫃台提醒要求。 另外晚上回來時廁所會有聞到水管的異味,離開當天早上甚至飄到廁所外面,算是缺點。 最後一天收行李時出現一隻馬陸嚇了一跳。

酒店的設計走文青風,整體很干淨整潔。 酒店內的設備齊備,剛好忘記帶牙刷,跟酒店拿就有提供,不錯。 酒店的員工都極親切,由酒店保安,大堂接待,餐廳的員工,收拾房間的職員, 都很願意幫忙。 要說酒店不足, 應該是離地鐵BTS 站約10-15分鐘路途,對行動不便的人來說應該有點辛苦, 但如果出入多以的士代步的人, 這酒店是個不錯的選擇。

因為凌晨的班機,想說選擇U系列的可以早點check in,員工很友善,房間隔音效果不錯,樓上泳池不大,旁邊還有bar,晚上氣氛不錯,歐美客居多,早餐也很豐盛,推推!

設計很好,環境舒服,房間偏小但很整潔,餐廳和泳池都是當地打卡熱點,但泳池很小也沒有任何的私隱,地址離高鐵站較遠,附近也比較偏僻。酒店裡的餐廳也很有美感,每天都有不少當地年輕人去吃,值得一試但價錢偏貴。

飯店很新,服務人員客氣很熱心,整個環境是舒服乾淨明亮的,在洗澡水時溫會忽冷忽熱,水壓不是很穩定,隔音效果不太好,但房間內乾淨寬敞舒服,床也軟硬適中,早餐還可以,但離BTS有段距離大約步行要15分鐘,大整體上還可以

best accommodation for the first trip of the year throughout my stay from 11-14 January 2024! the staff are very helpful and friendly! the Ikigai spa was very good too!! just that they should indicate to have 5000BHT deposit upon arrival. but will surely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Craftsman. The breakfast options were all very tasty and the service provided at the restaurant was above and beyond. Just a note to the reception staff, while working in the coworking space we noticed a few times staff were very sick and coughing a lot with no masks on. It prob best to leave the area to have continuous coughing fits with covid and flu etc. Another note for guests is to keep in mind this is a popular "instagram/tiktok hotel so you do unfortunately experience a lot of people just taking hundreds of photos of themselves in the environment, but it is 2024 ...... The room is nice and clean but small, and the bathroom doors seem a bit redundant as they are just one glass roller door that doesnt close fully. The music from the cafe can be heard from your room and one night there was an influencer event which was pretty loud, and the attendees enjoyed the free alcohol, got pretty rowdy all hours of the morning! The gym is nice, big and clean. The pool is very long and refreshing but again popular for insta pics (and not swimming in hahahahha) But overall we did enjoy our time its in a great location walking distance to everything and we will be stating again this year.

My stay in Craftsman was ok. Unfortunately when I went the weather was 35 Celsius everything even in December. So I walked 15min to the BTS stations, which can be inconvenient. But the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I also had some wifi connection issues, but the staff resolved that quickly.

The staff were friendly. I like that they had a Tut Tut service to the train station though I didn’t use it. The room was well stocked with items a traveler may have forgotten like a toothbrush. Nice touch.

Pests aside, it's a nice place.
Ants. And more ants. And yet more ants. In the bed. On the bed. On the desk, on the walls, and coming out of the Aircon unit. The room was otherwise clean but this killed it for me. I couldn't get comfortable, and didn't see why I had to, given it is supposed to be a 4-star facility. Really disappointed. That aside, The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and kind. Nice pool, but noisy bar that goes on late into the night.
