My wife and I have had several stays ar the Eleven. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast is served on the rooftop resraurant and is a very good buy for the money. Kim, the restaurant manager if always friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are very good with huge king sized beds. If you're bothered by noise, be sure to ask for a quiet room in the back. Soi 11 is a busy and noisy entertainment street. Lots of restaurants and street food near the hotel.

I asked for late check out when I booked I asked about it when I checked in and was flatly refused tried asking a second time during check in and was ignored.. Very very poor service
