Very far down a small soi. Nice reception area and friendly staff. Room and bathroom are small and not much room for a few suitcases

Extremely satisfied with the hotel, the receptionist was helpful and help us to oder cab service to airport👍Toothpaste and toothbrush is provided upon request at the receptionist table, will come back and stay again👍👍

Easy transportation to/from DMK airport. Close to BTS victory monument station. They don’t provide slippers and the bed is too soft for me. Room is clean.

Great location, bed not so comfy
Location of the hotel was great, closeby to a lot of options for food and BTS. However, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Everything is great except for a couple things: (1) They are no long offer shuttle bus service. (2) If you have never used the Bidet Toilet seat then you don't like it or get annoyed when it squirt water when you seat on it.

Convenient location
Location is very convenient, yet not noisy. All is fine, except the hairdryer isn't working well. Complimentary snacks are provided at the lobby. Free use of microwave too!

Great, Quick Stay
Stayed here for one night a week ago between Bangkok and Phuket flights. Easy check in, friendly efficient kind employees, had room overlooking back of hotel by 7-11, can walk to EVERYTHING needed and quick trip on Airport Train and 15 min walk to Fyn. Hotel had everything we needed for our night and the next afternoon took a Grabtaxi to airport as it was really humid that day and didn’t feel like dragging our luggage back to train.

The restroom is clean. The view from the room is great. This hotel has white light bulbs instead of the yellow light bulbs I've been to at other hotels. Hotel is close to the BTS light rails (5-10 mins walk). You can get to the hotel by light rail from the BKK airport (which we did, only costed 100B for 2 people instead of 300B by Grab). There is a 24 hrs convenience store and a small mall nearby. All in all excellent hotel. My wife loved it. Will book again next time we in Bangkok.

Pro: Location is walking distance to BTS and King Power. Room - bed and pillow is not comfortable. Neck aches the morning after. Shower - water was cold, no water heater, not fixed even after informing the reception.

Hotel location is great, employees are all friendly and nice. Room is cozy and clean. This time we stayed on the second floor other room always make loud noise during midnight even at 1am, total we stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, we woke up by other people every night.

All reception staffs are very helpful. If you have any problems, they will try their very best to help. Just that there are so many family/ group travellers with kids and always quite noisy, during morning/ late night. So if you are looking for a placement that's really quiet and for relaxing during weekend I won't recommend this place. But if you are looking for a place with fair accommodation price, wifi, neat and clean, I will recommend this place! Nice environment

Plan to return to this hotel.
. The hotel is very central, close to shopping and eateries. Room was very clean and of decent size. The staff could not be better: they all were pleasant, respectful and helpful. Aris and Earth did really standout as great front desk workers, and were always smiling. Great hotel for the value! Thank you Fyn.
