Still very good value for money, but little things start slowly sneaking in. Great roof top bar and pool. Spacious rooms. Convenient SPA. Overall friendly staff. More attention to Eco friendliness required (towel change). Issues with TV were not fixed within 14 days of stay. Nice Chuvit Garden nearby is now construction place for another sky scraper. Excessive restraint of Service staff at the pool instead of offering Service and selling.

My parents used to love this hotel as they celebrated their anniversary in this hotel before COVID-19. We visited this hotel to celebrate my parents anniversary. I wrote in to in form the hotel two months in advance and the hotel manager told me that they would decorated the room. When we reached the hotel at430pm, the room was not ready for check in and no decoration at all. The room was run down with damage secured chain lock and electric light socket. My mum was nearly hit by the shower holder when the holder fell onto her. The hotel used to provide free tuk tuk to the main road. This service has been terminated. Thus, my aged father had to pull my mum in the wheel chair to walk a long distance to the main road. The good services will remain in memories.

I checked in to this hotel on September 3 for an 11-night stay and checked out three days later! It was the nastiest and dirtiest hotel I had ever stayed at! First, the check-in. The restaurant was out of order, so all you could get was breakfast, no room service, lunch, lunch, or dinner. Then the tuk-tuk transportation was broken, so there was no complimentary shuttle service. After they took me to the room, it got worst. The room smelled of mold and musk. It was a mildew smell. This, in turn, brought gnats that were flying around the room. I was constantly killing them. The room was damaged all over, from the bedroom to the bathroom, the walls, and the furniture. I went downstairs and complained, and he offered me another room which was even more damaged than the first. I told him about the TV and how it was not working, and he acted surprised but did nothing and said he would send someone to check it out, but no one ever came. I returned to the room and called Expedia, and demanded a refund and to be placed in another hotel. They said it would be resolved in 2-3 days. I couldn't wait any longer so I checked out and booked another hotel at my expense wondered why they would open for business with the hotel in this condition, and their response was they didn't have time to clean the hotel and fix it up due to covid. Which I find to be BS! You should not open it if you are not ready. It’s unfair to customers who pay!

A great hotel on Soi 10 Sukhumvit. A short 4 min walk to the main road and many many transport options from there. 7-11 maybe 6 min walk away for all your snack goods. Roof top pool and bar which was really handy to escape the humanity of Bangkok. Buffet breakfast was ok, but the young lad at the Egg station doing freshly cooked omelettes was the best. Keycard needed to operate lift so fairly good security in place Hotel is "guest friendly" as well. WiFi had a good speed and fast enough to download movies. Some care and attention to decoration in the hallways would be nice, but overall a very good hotel. I will definitely return sometime soon.
