I arrived at the property at about midnight and the reception had difficulty finding my reservation. They finally found the reservation and changed the room charges to my credit card. Then they asked me for a cash deposit. After paying I was told to sit and wait because my reservation was not in the system. This took about 35 minutes. At check out they make you wait until they send someone to check the room.
The hotel uses dispensers for shower gel and shampoo, The shower gel dispenser was completely empty. The gym and pool are okay. Overall the hotel is getting a little worn down. It seems that the hotel is struggling. Features like the fountains at the pool are turned off. They are out of items at the bar etc.
