Air con was broken. Had to call staff twice to fix. They said they were going to send somebody. Waited over an hour and then we gave up and asked to change room.

Staff super friendly, location very convenient, wish they had a swimming pool (but you can use the one at Hotel Nikko). The only thing is there was no lighting in the closet.

Overall fine hotel. Good gym, clean rooms, comfortable place, good wifi, friendly and accommodating staff. The only thing that annoyed me was they charged 100 baht for plates to use in your room.

strongly recommend this hotel, everything is good esp good shower pressure and it has its laundry room at level, 60baht for washing and 80 baht for drying. near to bts thong lo and will definitely pass by the famous mango sticky rice which is a must eat.i really love this hotel.

Good location
Very nice hotel with a Japanese flair. Located near Thong Lo BTS station. The room was spacious and the bathtub was a wonderful addition. Our room faced away from the Nikko Hotel which was nice. I would not have wanted to face that for our week stay. There are plenty of restaurants, massage shops and street food vendors nearby.

Nice clean room, perfect location and it is walkable to Thong Lo BTS. EmQuarter and Emporium (shopping malls) are in Phrom Phong BTS (that's only one stop away from Thong Lo).

Excellent location near the BTS station. Modern hotel with good staff. Because of covid, they was not a breakfast buffet available. Instead there was a set meal sent to your room. This meal was dreadful. I will stay here again, but would opt to eat out rather than pay extra for the breakfast.
