Clean and comfortable stay for our group
We were a group of 10 people. Stayed for 5 days in Dec 2019. House is in a gated, quiet and safe community. We had clear instructions on the check-in and check out process. Our return flight was late in the night and Yuki was very nice to let us keep our luggages in the house even after checkout on our last day of stay. This really helped to not worry about hauling our luggages which sightseeing in Bangkok the last day.
The rooms were all setup clean and ready for our stay. We didn't cook much but there were just enough cooking pots for some quick short meals. Would be nice to have enough flatware for a large group, esp. since the house can host 10 to 16 people. The bedrooms are in the upper floors. It worked fine for us but something to note if you have issues climbing stairs. It is a hot tropical place so normal to have bugs pop up. House has washer in the terrace and lots of room to hang dry the clothes.
Overall, a wonderful stay, clean bedsheets, plenty of towels, bath essentials provided in every bathroom, all bedrooms and living areas have good working airconditioning. Yuki was very helpful to provide info. on nearest grocery stores, BTS station locations etc. We took her help to get taxi arranged from the airport to the house.
